I feel as though I am ready to take on a new job presently. I have 3 years of experience with customer service and various computer systems including Groupwise, Novell, and Microsoft Windows networking. I have some experience with Linux, Unix, and Windows Vista and nearly full knowledge of Windows XP. I enjoy dealing with people, and have excellent phone etiquette.
