VIKING Pendant Valkyrie with a cloak from Tuna

The original is made of gilded silver and exhibited at the Swedish National Museum.

The Valkyries take the fallen warriors to Valhalla - the hall of heroes, where Odin gathers warriors for the final battle of the so-called Ragnarök - the end of the World. Here these heroes serve Valkyries at evening receptions.
