Delivery and postage information
We ship all over Europe, USA, Australia, and other selected countries. By appointment, we can send anywhere in the world.
Upon agreement, we can ship elsewhere; see delivery.
Packages are usually sent within 3 days of receiving payment and are sent through Česká pošta s.p - Czech Post in an accelerated process (Priority) for the Czech Republic and the world.
We also use the services of Zásilkovna s.r.o. (Packeta s.r.o.), which delivers the package to local carriers of your choice (DHL, Hermes, UPS, ....) This service is intended mainly for customers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other European and European Union countries.
Delivery dates are governed by the conditions for delivery to individual countries - but usually from 1 to 7 working days from dispatch within the Czech Republic and the EU, outside the EU within 3 weeks.
Postage prices vary according to the price list of individual transport companies.At the end of your order, you can choose between several delivery methods (to address, post office, personal collection ...). For each delivery method, you then see the exact price for delivery.
Handling and packaging fees are already included in the price of postage and are fixed.
We recommend grouping items into one order. We cannot group different orders placed separately - shipping charges apply to each of them.
We take special care to protect fragile items.
Unless you specifically request otherwise, we use recycled packaging for packaging. This saves you money on packaging in store-bought packaging.
