Description

The new blog post can be found here.

An amazing and simple technique known for hundreds of years - knitting a lucet string that has a typical square cross-section. The string (cord) is then suitable for everything - to pull down trousers, pull down bags, eyelets for clothes or tents and so on.

In addition, the activity with a lucet is very relaxing and you can take it anywhere :-)

Each piece is an original handmade, you can write to us and we will send you the current offer with a photo, or let yourself be surprised what shade of wood we will choose for you :)

We usually have lucets made of either oak, beech or apple wood. The finished product is then coated with linseed oil and then beeswax. The drawing of the wood stands out and at the same time the wood is treated.

Instructions on how to make this tool can be found, for example, on YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f4i80P6jma4
